4. DMCA Notice and Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the content claimed to be infringing.
  • Notify the content provider of the removal and provide them with a copy of the DMCA notice.
  • Provide the content provider with an opportunity to submit a counter-notice.

5. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent containing the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you reside and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content after 10 business days, unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider.

6. Repeat Infringers

playstopay.com has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Platform and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

7. Changes to Copyright Information

We reserve the right to modify this Copyright Information at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Copyright Information on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Copyright Information.
